    • New Student Registration

      K-12 New Student Registration for the 2020-2021 school year will begin Monday, February 3, 2020, between the hours of 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM at 1745 SW Railroad Avenue in Hammond. Please click here to learn more. 

      Parents of new Pre-Kindergarten students click here for registration information.


      The office of Student Registration is now located at 1745 Southwest Railroad Avenue in Hammond, across from McDonald’s and Walgreens. Office hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00PM, Monday - Friday.  Families who have address changes may begin that process at their children’s schools if all necessary documents are provided to the school.  Please call (985) 474-8691 for assistance.

    • State Testing Results

      With this week’s release of statewide test results where “Mastery” is the new proficiency, School Superintendent Melissa Stilley said Tangipahoa Parish Public Schools are approximately seven points away from a “B” rating, and 23 of the district’s 33 campuses earned a “B” or better in providing academic interventions to help their struggling students grow their test scores over the previous year.

      Tangipahoa Parish School Board made history, adopting the recommendation of attorneys in the longstanding Joyce Marie Moore federal desegregation case and authorizing a jointly-filed consent agreement in the 54-year-old case.
